It’s a tap takeover and new beer release with Hopworks and Payette. Their new collaboration beer, the Potato Gun IPA, will be released for the first time outside their breweries!

The Potato Gun IPA is a dual creation between Hopworks Urban Brewery of Portland, Ore. and Boise, Idaho-based Payette Brewing. Organic purple potatoes are in this beer, along with organic whole cone hops.

Thursday night will feature swag giveaways and a potato gun shooting range. Bring your best potato gun skills! Boise Fry Company will have free Purple Potato Fries samples.

Payette Brewing is a craft beer maker based in Bosie, Idaho and is expanding distribution into Oregon. Hopworks Urban Brewery in Portland creates award-winning, sustainably brewed beer.

Every Thursday from 6-9pm The Civic Taproom hosts a different producer to showcase several varieties of their beers and ciders.
