The Civic Taproom Review from New School Beer

New School Beer is the first media outlet to cover The Civic opening its doors. On Friday, Dec 5, New School posted their review of The Civic Taproom and Bottle Shop. The Civic Taproom review was positive and you can read the whole thing here.

“While beer does take up the majority of the focus I was surprised/impressed to find 6 taps with cider and 4 with wines so they can really please a broader audience.”

New School was impressed by our selection of brew and the fact that even though we’re in walking distance of Providence Park, there are still several TVs on which to watch a game.

“Even if your not at the stadium they have five flat screen tv’s to catch games on while enjoying a beer, wine or cider at the taproom.”

They mentioned our intention to get outdoor seating in the future. Also, our Grand Opening, which is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 20. The Grand Opening will feature Buoy Brewing, Mazama Brewing and Rev Nat’s cider. We hope to see you there! Stay tuned for more info.
